Hi All the session today was really good and I hope that most of it made some sense.
It may seem very confusing using both google and Microsoft software but it simply highlights that the systems are very similar in how they can be used.

If you want more complex screengrabs in windows use the snipping tool which allows delays to capture dropdown menus and cursors. In Windows 10 or mac osx then use the windows ink "Screensketch" feature for windows (Windows+W) or for Mac use "Grab", located in the Applications > Utilities folder.
